We are a family of 4: 2 pawrents and our 2 furkids (Riley cat and Charlie dog), operating a humble small business in New York City.   • We understand our fur kids come in a variety of shapes and sizes. Please refer to our Size Guide to help you find the pawfect fit for your pet.

    Our human products that are only available in one size are “one-size-fits-most”. Refer to the individual product description for detailed sizing information.

  • All orders will typically be processed within 1 to 3 business days and shipped the following day. For any unforeseen delays, especially during the holiday seasons, we will reach out to you if we expect to be late on your orders. Rest assured, we will do our very best to ensure that you and your fur kids can receive your gifts in a timely manner.

  • All orders will be shipped out the following day after processing. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your orders to be processed.

  • We offer shipping to all 50 states in the United States, U.S. military bases, territories, possessions, and Freely Associated States. Shipping to Canada is now available - Shipping calculated at checkout. We do not offer shipping outside of the U.S. and Canada.

  • Great news! Yes we do! We offer 1-3 day expedited shipping should you need your products delivered as quickly as possible. We will prioritize your orders if you select this option. We have to activate all paws and arms to ensure you get your gifts as quickly as possible! Please note that this only applies for orders within the U.S. (domestic orders only).

  • Free Standard Shipping: Please expect 3 to 5 business days to receive your order after your order is picked up for delivery. Packages going to certain places (including Alaska, Hawaii, and offshore destinations), may receive slower service.

    Expedited Shipping: Please expect 1 to 3 business days to receive your order after your order is picked up for delivery.

    Canada: Shipping times are determined by USPS and are estimated to be delivered within 6-10 business days after orders have been processed.

  • We only offer shipping to U.S. and Canada. Please check back as we continue to expand our shipping terms and options.

  • Once the order is placed, promo codes cannot be applied. The promo or discount code must be entered at checkout (before the order is placed) for you to get the current promotion or discount.

  • No. Only 1 code can be applied per transaction at check out.

  • We do not accept exchanges or refunds unrelated to defective or damaged products. All our products were meticulously inspected for quality and individually hand-packaged in our custom designed boxes by our team in NYC. All product boxes are sealed to prevent tampering.
