Shipping Locations

For orders above $50, we offer free shipping to all 50 states in the United States, U.S. military bases, territories, possessions, and Freely Associated States. We offer subsidized flat rate shipping of $4.99 for all U.S. / Domestic orders below $50.

Shipping to Canada is now available - Shipping calculated at checkout.

We do not offer shipping outside of the U.S. and Canada. Please continue to look at our shipping policies as we continue to expand our shipping terms and options.

Shipping Services

Domestic / U.S.: We currently offer Standard Shipping (3-5 business days) and Expedited Shipping (1-3 business days); after orders have been processed. All orders are shipped from NYC.

Canada: Shipping times are determined by USPS and are estimated to be delivered within 6-10 business days after orders have been processed.

Domestic / U.S.

Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic / U.S. orders above $50. We charged a subsidized flat rate shipping fee of $4.99 for orders below $50.

Expedited Shipping: We offer 1-3 day expedited shipping should you need your products delivered as quickly as possible and will prioritize your orders if you select this option. Expedited shipping fees start at $19.99 for the first item in your cart, plus $4.99 for each additional items within the same order. See example below:

• 1 item: $19.99

• 2 items: $19.99 + $4.99

• 3 items: $19.99 + $4.99 + $4.99

Canada

Canada Shipping: We offer subsidized shipping rates for orders in Canada. Shipping is calculated based on quantity and weight of package.

Order Processing Times

Free Standard Shipping and Canada Shipping: All orders will typically be processed within 1 to 3 business days and shipped the next day.

Expedited Shipping: Orders placed before 8pm EST will be processed on the same day and shipped the next day.

For any unforeseen delays, especially during the holiday seasons, we will reach out to you if we expect to be late on your orders. Rest assured, we will do our very best to ensure that you and your furkids can receive your gifts in a timely manner.

Expedited Shipping: Please expect 1 to 3 business days to receive your order after your order is picked up for delivery.
