Returns

At Pawsbury Lane, we are dedicated to ensuring both happy tails and happy customers. In the unfortunate event that you would like your product returned, we gladly accept returns within 7 days from date when you receive the product. Products must be in their original packaging, unworn and in its original condition. All returns are subject to a restocking and shipping fee of $8.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method upon us receiving and inspecting the product.

Prior to making a purchase, kindly measure your pet and consult our size guide to ensure a perfect fit for our products.

Damaged or defective goods

We gladly accept returns for defective or damaged goods within 7 days after the order has been delivered. In the unfortunate event that you receive a defective item, please reach out to us using our Contact Form within this timeframe, attaching clear photos of the defective or damaged product. Our team will promptly assist you in processing the return. You will not incur additional charges for the return or exchange of defective items.

Definition of a defective or damaged product:

Defective products, within the context of our return policy, refer to items that have substantial flaws or malfunctions that significantly impact their intended use. Please be aware that variations in textures, slight irregularities, and subtle differences in stitching are not to be considered defects but rather a testament to the authentic craftsmanship of our knitwear. Customers may return such defective items within the specified return period for a refund or replacement as outlined in our return policy above. Other examples of what is not considered defective or damaged include (but not limited to):

• Chewed products

• Damage that is caused by accident, negligence, misuse or improper care

• Improper fit

Please refer to our size guide to ensure accurate fit for your pets. We have tested our products on a variety of different sized pet breeds and have included measurements for reference. All our products were meticulously inspected for quality, hand packaged by our team in NYC, and were individually packed in our custom designed packaging. All product boxes are sealed to prevent tampering.
